Over the last twenty-plus years, the kitchen at the Kappa Psi house has seen many meals prepared, cooked, and served. The remodel and expansion of this space is the focus of our current capital campaign. With your support we hope to have a new kitchen for Beta Sigma Brothers to utilize for years to come. The 2012 upstairs remodel has left multiple rooms with moisture issues. This has resulted in some localized mold issues. The KPAG board has partnered with Beta Sigma Brothers to apply a mold killing primer and preventative sealant to affected areas as well as a complete repaint of all of the upstairs bedrooms.
Deep snows, post rot, and some neighbors looking for a shortcut home damaged multiple fence posts over the last winter. Beta Sigma Brothers, with some help from their GCD, replaced these broken posts.
The increase in active Beta Sigma Brothers has put a strain on the available seating during weekly Chapter Meetings. Recently a new sectional couch was purchased for the Living Room to match the Meeting Room sectional.
